Parsons is seeking a highly skilled Front End Software Engineer to join our Federal Solutions team. You will develop and maintain frontend applications using JavaScript, React, TypeScript, and Next.js, while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum setting.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years of experience, and an active Secret clearance. Remote US work is supported with occasional travel; salary range is $103,500 to $181,100 per year.

Qualifications

• Require a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of frontend experience.
• Active Secret clearance is required.
• Proficient in JavaScript, React, TypeScript, Next.js.
• Experience with Git and modern version-control workflows.
• Experience developing and maintaining frontend applications in Agile/Scrum.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain frontend software using JavaScript, React, TypeScript, and Next.js.
• Implement frontend enhancements to improve usability and UX.
• Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain software across the lifecycle.
• Collaborate in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Participate in pair programming, peer reviews, backlog refinement, and sprint planning.
• Investigate and resolve defects; troubleshoot production issues.
• Contribute to automated frontend testing and release quality.
