Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least eight (8) years’ experience in software development.
• 4 years of front-end development experience with at least 2 years heavily on React.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
• Deep understanding of React core principles: Hooks, functional components, virtual DOM.
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
• Experience with security practices and JWT-based authorization.
• Experience with front-end testing frameworks (Jest, RTL, Cypress).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Active Secret clearance (or higher). US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable front-end apps using React, Redux, and related tech.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure performance and scalability.
• Identify and address risks to project success.
• Integrate front-end components with RESTful APIs and back-end services.
• Work with back-end developers to align front-end and server logic.
• Troubleshoot and debug during deployment and post deployment.
• Optimize components for performance across devices and browsers.
• Translate UI/UX designs into accessible, high-quality code.
• Ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and Git/DevOps tools.
• Provide production support and issue resolution.
