Job summary

JANUS Research Group in Maryland is seeking an International & Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Analyst to serve as the primary technical and administrative contact for complex international taskings and Security Cooperation efforts. The role requires seamless interagency coordination and strict adherence to foreign disclosure policy.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Experience: 3–10 years in DoD financial environments.
• Strong coordination and liaison with interagency partners.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate international taskings and Security Cooperation activities.
• Serve as primary POC for FMS actions with external DoD entities.
• Develop and maintain end-to-end FMS case ownership with PMs.
• Coordinate foreign disclosure reviews and visit requests via VAR.
• Participate in cross-functional groups to standardize security cooperation processes.
• Provide analytical support during the SAPBR cycle.
• Maintain and analyze data in FMS case tracking systems for leadership reporting.
