Job summary

Vector CSP, LLC is seeking a Scheduler to coordinate training programs for contract, active duty, and reserve instructors across multiple locations. The role involves publishing weekly schedules, updating deployments to students' EFBs, and maintaining dynamic operation in a flying training environment.

Key duties include forecasting, coordinating with internal and external agencies, and ensuring adherence to squadron SOPs for classroom, ground, and flight training activities.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance required.
• High School diploma required.
• Minimum 3 years of squadron level Current Operations/Scheduling experience in related areas.
• FTU experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Schedule contract, active duty, and reserve instructors for training programs.
• Disseminate weekly schedules and make required changes.
• Track daily operation of classroom, training devices, students, and instructor and de-conflict schedules.
• Assist in forecasting, developing, and coordinating with internal and external agencies to support program flight training.
