Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) with 12 years of engineering experience or 10 years with an advanced degree.
Responsibilities
- Modernizing and integrating MCS&S systems with other Military Engines, P&W and RTX systems and enhancing internal user experience through new applications and technologies.
- Aligning efforts with commercial customer technical support organizations for common digital strategies that deliver enhanced customer value and operational efficiencies.
- Improving product quality and operational efficiency through technology to reduce turnbacks, processing time, and turnaround time for key deliverables.
- Support safety and compliance by ensuring MCS&S meets RTX and Government standards and adheres to cybersecurity and ITAR requirements.
- Collaborating across teams internal and external to MCS&S to understand processes and user needs and identify improvements.
- Selecting and implementing new technology platforms with a focus on integrating AI platforms into MCS&S systems and daily processes.
