What You Will Do: This role requires a high degree of collaboration inside & outside the MCS&S organization that includes interfaces with executive and non-executive leadership within multiple organizations to include but not limited to CIPTs, Digital Technologies organization, Chief Engineers, Aftermarket and Sustainment Engineering (ASE), ME Program Offices, and Commercial Engines. The successful candidate will have background in many of these environments and the ability to build meaningful relationships, aligning goals and driving MCS&S’s future transformation.

They would also develop strong collaboration and relationship-building skills by working closely with cross-functional teams, executive leadership, and domestic and international partners to drive organizational transformation and align digital strategies across business units.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor of Science in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) 12 years of engineering experience or 10 years of experience with an advanced degree
Qualifications We Prefer: Requires excellent analytical skills with proven experience in developing strategic digital solutions. Strong experience defining and managing all aspects of digital technology projects or similar. Strong understanding of data management, machine learning frameworks, and AI ethics. Effective communication skills both written and verbal with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to make effective/persuasive presentations to customers, suppliers, and teaming organizations. Proven ability to network and develop relationships with external organizations. Ability to identify complex project risks, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.
