Job summary

Sayres & Associates, LLC seeks an experienced Trial Card Analyst in Bath, ME with a SECRET clearance to support the PMS 400D program. The role focuses on discrepancy management, database maintenance, underway shipboard trials, and IT/network tasks.

Responsibilities include administering trial card applications (TSM/ETC), setting up onboard laptop networks, transferring data, generating summary metrics, and building Excel/Access tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
• Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain interim Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support Discrepancy Management for PMS 400D including Database Management, Underway Shipboard Trials, Laptop Configuration/Networking, Metrics, and Data Quality checks.
• Serve as database administrator for trial card applications (TSM and ETC).
• Set up standalone laptop networks onboard ships and provide IT support for the network and users.
• Execute large data transfers to and from the standalone network.
• Process and analyze large data sets to produce summary metrics and reports.
• Create detailed process records and build analytical tools in Excel/Access to aid analysis.
• Collaborate with Navy personnel to fulfill requests promptly.
