Qualifications

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain interim Secret clearance.
Ability to deploy underway on a ship and move on steel decks.

Responsibilities

Support PMS 400D program with discrepancy management, database management, data quality checks.
Serve as database administrator for trial card applications (TSM/ETC).
Set up standalone laptop networks onboard ships and provide IT support.
Execute large data transfers and analyze data to create summary metrics and reports.
Develop detailed process records and analytical tools in Excel/Access.
Collaborate with Navy personnel to fulfill requests promptly.
