Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, analyze, and present program cost and change requests from conception through submission.
• Provide leadership to stakeholders and lead proposal development activities.
• Analyze requirements, develop technical and programmatic solutions, and manage baseline changes.
• Develop, maintain estimation models and BOEs for software, hardware, and infrastructure.
• Interface with customers to converge on requirements and drive business growth.
