Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Systems - Missile Defense Integration in Huntsville, AL, seeks a Software Engineer (Algorithm) to support the C2BMC program. You will contribute to design, implement Java-based software, and help ensure mission-critical reliability.

Requires DoD Secret clearance, a relevant degree, and experience in OO development, Agile, and DevSecOps. Travel up to 10% and on-site work only.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Math/Physics or related field.
• Master's degree preferred; 3+ years relevant work experience if master's.
• Active DoD Secret clearance required at start.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Experience in Java development, OO design, and algorithms.
• Familiarity with Agile, DevSecOps, and systems integration.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
