Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems in Mississippi seeks a Principal/Sr. Principal Supply Chain Planning Specialist to support material strategy and demand planning at the Iuka location. The role focuses on inventory planning, capacity analysis, and cross-functional coordination with sourcing and production teams.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree with 5 years of related experience (or higher degrees with fewer years) and an active U.S. Government Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from an accredited university and 5 years of supply chain, material planning, or closely related experience; or a master's degree and 3 years of supply chain, material planning, or closely related experience, or a PhD with 1 year of supply chain, material planning, or closely related experience, OR a High School Diploma/GED with 9 years of supply chain, material planning, or closely related experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Must have an Active U.S Government Secret clearance (with a background investigation within the past 6 years or enrolled into Continuous Evaluation).
• Must have the ability to obtain Special Program Access (SAP) clearance, within a reasonable amount of time as determined by business needs.

Responsabilités

• Defines and develops material strategy.
• Plans inventory, distribution requirements, production, material and rough-cut capacity for all products.
• Participates in make/buy process, long-term capacity and resource planning; product phase-in/phase-out, manufacturing ramp-up, end-of-life management and product-line management.
• Analyses and aggregates supply/demand requirements and uses MRP tools.
