Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is seeking a Supply Chain Technical Coordinator at our Iuka, MS facility. You will support multiple supply chain disciplines including manufacturing and logistics, focusing on the manual movement, shipping and receiving of materials and related records.

The role requires a high school diploma, 4–6 years of shipping/receiving or inventory control experience, and active Secret clearance (or ability to obtain SAP).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 4–6 years of relevant work experience in shipping/receiving, and/or inventory control in a manufacturing environment.
• Active U.S. Government Secret clearance (or able to obtain) and eligibility for SAP clearance.

Responsibilities

• Perform shipping/receiving and inventory control duties.
• Prepare/coordinate shipping documentation and records.
• Assist Accounts Payable with shipment information and invoicing.
• Coordinate with transportation brokers and manage loading/unloading of trucks.
• Maintain records for inbound and outbound materials and staging for inspection.
