Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems seeks a Manager Supply Chain 1 to join the Global Supply Chain team at the Iuka Center of Excellence in Iuka, MS. This on-site leadership role oversees a team of non-exempt staff across procurement to delivery, with potential shift variations.

You will drive safety, cost efficiency, and KPI performance while coordinating withQuality, Engineering, Warehousing, and Programs, and ensuring regulatory compliance and staff mentorship.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years in management, supply chain, or operations; or Master's with 2+ years in similar areas.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading a team, process, or projects.
• Active U.S. Government Secret clearance to apply/start.
• Ability to obtain/maintain Program Special Access as required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of non-exempt employees across procurement to delivery.
• Coordinate interdepartmental activity with QA, Engineering, Warehousing, and more.
• Meet budget targets, write/update work instructions, and provide performance metrics.
• Support production goals with accurate tracking, receiving, and shipping, focusing on safety and cost efficiency.
• Drive KPIs and best practices within the supply chain team.
• Mentor staff per Northrop Grumman Values & Leader Characteristics.
• Collaborate with programs on material receipt, storage, issue, and transport.
• Coordinate with internal and external customers, ensuring regulatory compliance.
