Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Mississippi is seeking an Associate Supply Chain Planning Specialist to support material strategy, demand planning, and MRP across shifts in Iuka. You’ll analyze supply/demand, manage inventory, and coordinate with production control to ensure smooth manufacturing flow.

The role requires a bachelor's degree (or high school + 4 years in supply chain), active U.S. Secret clearance, SAP/ERP experience, and production scheduling capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; or a HS Diploma with 4+ years in supply chain.
• Experience with planning/scheduling, production control, ERP/MRP systems.
• Facility with SAP and MES preferred; knowledge of ERP/MRP processes.

Responsibilities

• Defines and develops material strategy.
• Assesses supply/demand, plans inventory and capacity.
• Interfaces with Source and other processes for material planning.
