Northrop Grumman Corp. in Clearfield, UT is seeking a Supply Chain Technical Coordinator at Level 2 or 3 to support multi-disciplinary supply chain activities, including manufacturing, logistics, and business operations.

The role focuses on manual movement, shipping, and receiving of materials in a fast-paced environment. The position requires a high school diploma or GED with 2–4 years of related experience, the ability to obtain Secret clearance, physical capability for frequent heavy lifting,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2 years of shipping/receiving or inventory control experience.
• Ability to obtain U.S. Government Secret Level Clearance (US Citizenship Required).
• Ability to obtain special program access.
• Physical ability to perform tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate shipping documentation.
• Track and issue inventories; maintain records.
• Coordinate with Property Management for shipping/receiving tooling and equipment.
• Assist Accounts Payable with shipment information for invoices.
• Ensure parts/materials are staged for Quality Incoming Inspection.
• Order shipping supplies as needed.
• Utilize Workbooks and related procedures for shipments.
