Job summary

Improvix Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect in Washington, DC to design and drive enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions for federal modernization.

This hands-on leadership role requires technical authority on the platform and the ability to mentor teams through complex projects. You will lead architecture across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and more, implement secure integrations, guide release cycles, and ensure alignment with NIST/FISMA.

Qualifications

• Design and lead enterprise ServiceNow architecture across modules.
• Mentor and mentor teams to deliver high-quality platforms.
• Lead workshops with stakeholders to align platform requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow across ITSM, ITOM, HAM, SAM, HRSD, SPM, GRC, SecOps.
• Develop secure integrations with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP and IntegrationHub.
• Oversee release management, testing, and platform governance.
• Guide teams with DevOps practices and platform best practices.
