Job summary

Innova Solutions is seeking a skilled RMF/InfoSec professional for Defense-related security compliance in Salt Lake City. The role focuses on implementing RMF lifecycle activities, drafting and maintaining security documentation, and applying NIST 800-53 controls in DoD environments.

The ideal candidate has strong technical writing skills, experience with STIGs, and familiarity with eMASS or XACTA. Travel up to 10% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, computer science, information systems, or related field with minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute and support RMF lifecycle activities (categorization, control selection, implementation, assessment, authorization, and continuous monitoring).
• Develop, maintain, and review RMF documentation (e.g., SSPs, SARs, POA&M, Security Plans).
• Interpret and apply security controls from NIST SP 800-53, CNSSI 1253, and related guidance.
