CALIBRE Systems, Inc., an employee-owned mission-focused solutions and digital transformation company, is seeking a Journeyman Information Security Analyst to support a DoD client with enterprise cybersecurity for a large program serving military families. The role is hybrid with some required meetings in Alexandria, VA, and involves RMF, vulnerability management, incident response, and ATO sustainment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, cybersecurity, information assurance, or related field.
• Active Secret security clearance.
• 5+ years of cybersecurity, RMF, or information assurance experience.

Responsibilities

• Support RMF documentation and ATO sustainment using the DoD eMASS platform.
• Conduct weekly DISA STIG/SRG and ACAS vulnerability assessments and remediation tracking.
• Maintain POA&Ms and coordinate validation with ISSM, ISSO, and security teams.
• Monitor SIEM-enabled logs, GovCloud activity, and compliance status; escalate findings.
• Assist with vulnerability assessments and testing for new/modified applications and systems.
• Support incident reporting and coordination with the Incident Response Team and Tier 2 provider.
• Contribute to weekly cybersecurity activity reporting and risk metrics.
• Assist in contingency planning, disaster recovery, and SOP audits.
