Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot phones and network connectivity for customers in the NCR.
• Plan network installations using manuals and technical specifications.
• Document adds, moves, and changes to system configuration per client standards.
• Terminate and test new cables to ensure proper operation.
• Test circuits and components to isolate malfunctions using test meters.
• Configure and deploy phones; assist with customer training and device preferences.
