Job summary

RTX is seeking an Electrical Test Solutions Engineer to join the Hardware Discipline Center in Tucson, AZ. You will design, build, and integrate state-of-the-art electrical test systems for complex defense products throughout their lifecycle, from development labs to production and field operations.

Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will ensure test equipment meets strict technical and reliability standards while collaborating with systems, mechanical, software, and reliability

Qualifications

• Advanced STEM degree required by start date.
• Experience with passive and active components in analog or digital circuit designs.
• Experience operating laboratory test equipment to test hardware and measure signals.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate electrical test products for complex defense systems.
• Create detailed schematics, circuit layouts, and documentation per industry standards.
• Validate hardware performance using lab equipment (oscilloscopes, analyzers, meters).
• Diagnose and resolve hardware integration issues across development and production environments.
• Collaborate with systems, mechanical, software, and reliability engineers on test architectures.
