Qualifications

• Two years of general clerical experience including experience working with the public.
• High School Diploma or equivalency (GED).
• Must have a valid driver's license, pass a background check, and be able to obtain First Aid & CPR within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Make home visits to monitor and follow-up on students' and families' progress.
• Serve as a liaison between students, home, school and the community; interpret for non-English speaking students and parents.
• Translate Navajo/Spanish to English and English to Navajo/Spanish.
• Provide transportation for parents and students for illnesses, tests and emergencies.
• Assist in scheduling tests and services needed by students and coordinate referrals and records.
