• Two years of general clerical experience including public interaction.
• High School Diploma or GED; additional clerical training desirable.

Responsibilities

• Make home visits to monitor student progress.
• Interpret for Navajo/Spanish-speaking students and families.
• Assist parents and students with community resources.
• Provide transportation for illnesses, tests, and emergencies.
• Provide administrative support and document preparation.
• Maintain confidentiality of student records and files.
• Coordinate referrals and track reevaluation related services.
• Attend community meetings to share information about district services.
