Responsibilities

• Adhere to district philosophy and develop lesson plans aligned to curriculum.
• Prepare lessons with accommodations for diverse learning styles and follow TEA guidelines.
• Assess student learning and collaborate with special education staff to modify curricula as needed.
• Use technology to strengthen teaching and manage the classroom.
• Communicate with parents and maintain professional relationships.
