Qualifications

• Read blueprints and drawings and take or read measurements for layout.
• Operate welding units in multiple positions and perform fabrication.
• 2–4 years of steel & aluminum welding experience; read shop drawings.
• Demonstrate basic shop math and use measuring devices for accuracy.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Weld structural metal products using various equipment including welders and plasma cutters.
• Maintain welding equipment and replace hoses/fittings as needed.
• Organize work to meet production timelines and quality standards.
• Account for time and work completed via data collection systems.
• Ensure compliance with plant safety procedures.
