Qualifications

• Weld structural metal products using various equipment and maintain welding gear.
• Read blueprints and measurements to plan layouts for jobs.
• Comfortable using grinders, calipers, rulers, and clamps.
• Ability to read and understand shop drawings and perform basic shop math.

Responsibilities

• Weld using manual and automated units in various positions as required.
• Fabricate parts by reading blueprints and using measuring devices.
• Maintain arc length and bead depth to meet fusion specifications.
• Inspect welds for bead size and quality; grind joints as needed.
• Ensure safety and organize workflow for timely production.
