Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a 2nd shift warehouse associate in Statesville, NC. You will load/unload trucks, pick and pack paint orders, and move materials within the facility using hand trucks, forklifts, and conveyors.

The role includes ensuring accurate processing and shipping of orders and maintaining inventory daily. Candidates should be 18+, legally eligible to work in the U.S., with preferred experience in distribution or manufacturing and operating powered equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently pick orders
• Process, package, and ship orders accurately
• Organize stock and maintain inventory
• Inspect products for defects and damages
• Examine incoming and outgoing shipments
• Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory items appropriately
• Operate robots to facilitate effective warehouse operations
• Coordinate site damage/re-pour area
• Abide by all company safety and quality expectations
• Contribute ideas to improve or optimize warehousing procedures
• Keep warehouse clean and organized daily
