Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking individuals to join our distribution team in a warehouse setting. The role involves loading, unloading, picking, packing and shipping paint and related products, with movement of material using hand trucks and powered equipment.

Schedule features a Weekend B shift (Thu–Sat, 6:00am–4:00pm, 10 hours/4 days) and eligibility for performance-based bonus. The position includes comprehensive health benefits, FSAs, disability, retirement, and significant paid time off options.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently pick orders.
• Process, package, and ship orders accurately.
• Organize stock and maintain inventory.
• Inspect products for defects and damages.
• Examine incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory items appropriately.
• Operate robots to facilitate effective warehouse operations.
• Abide by all safety and quality expectations.
• Contribute ideas to improve warehousing procedures.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized daily.
