Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a warehouse associate in Reno, NV to load/unload trucks, pick and ship paint products, and move materials around the facility. Responsibilities include operating forklifts and other equipment, maintaining inventory, and following safety and quality standards.

The role offers a 5th shift schedule (Thu-Sun, 7:00am-3:00pm; Sat-Sun 5:00am-5:00pm) with a $1.00 per hour shift differential and eligibility for performance-based bonus per company plans.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently pick orders
• Process, package, and ship orders accurately
• Organize stocks and maintain inventory
• Inspect products for defects and damages
• Examine incoming and outgoing shipments
• Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory items appropriately
• Operate robots to facilitate warehouse operations
• Coordinate site damage/re-pour area
• Abide by all company safety and quality expectations
• Contribute ideas to improve or optimize warehousing procedures
• Keep warehouse clean and organized daily
