Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a warehouse associate to load, unload, pick, and ship paint and related products in our Reno distribution center. You will move material using hand trucks, forklifts, and other equipment while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Schedule Sunday through Thursday 11:00pm to 7:00am with a $1.00 hourly shift differential and eligibility for performance-based bonus. Prior warehouse or distribution experience and forklift operation are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently pick orders.
• Process, package, and ship orders accurately.
• Organize stock and maintain inventory.
• Inspect products for defects and damages.
• Examine incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory items appropriately.
• Operate robots to facilitate warehouse operations.
• Coordinate site damage/re-pour area.
• Abide by all safety and quality expectations.
• Contribute ideas to improve warehousing procedures.
• Keep warehouse clean and organized daily.
