Attindas Hygene Partners is hiring a Warehouse Team Lead for the second shift (02:30pm - 11:00pm) at our Delaware, Ohio facility. The role focuses on safe, accurate, and efficient warehouse operations with ongoing WMS support and continuous improvement.

The incumbent will lead and train team members, ensure SOPs are followed, and collaborate with production and logistics to meet performance targets. Compensation starts at $23/hour with comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Five years of warehousing experience with training system implementation/ improvement skills.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with Windows-based software and data tools.
• Ability to work on second shift and pass drug/background screens.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations including safety, quality and efficiency.
• Maintain and troubleshoot the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Provide leadership and training to team members on productivity and housekeeping.
• Support the Warehouse Supervisor to drive SOP compliance and continuous improvement.
