Job summary

MODULE X SOLUTIONS is a rapidly growing modular manufacturing company based in Shreveport, LA. The Warehouse Supervisor for Second Shift oversees daily warehouse operations, ensures accurate receiving, storage, and material movement, and collaborates with Production, Planning, and Purchasing to meet schedules.

Leaders guide frontline staff, maintain safety and quality, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining 5S standards in a fabrication environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse, receiving, inventory, or material-handling experience required.
• 1+ year of lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• ERP/WMS experience preferred; Sage experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including material receiving, storage, picking, staging, transfers, and delivery to production areas.
• Assign daily workloads and priorities to warehouse personnel based on production schedules and material requirements.
• Provide hands-on directions, coaching, training, and support to warehouse employees.
• Monitor employee performance, attendance, productivity, and adherence to established procedures.
• Ensure raw materials, kits, and CFE are received, verified, labeled, stored, and entered into the system.
