Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a warehouse associate to support our distribution network on the 2nd shift. You will accurately pick, pack, and ship paint and related products, and move material within the facility using hand trucks, forklifts, or conveyors.

You will help organize stock, inspect for damages, and contribute ideas to improve warehousing procedures while adhering to safety and quality standards. The role includes opportunities for bonus based on performance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Legally authorized to work without sponsorship now or in the future
• Experience in a manufacturing or distribution facility preferred
• Experience operating mobile or stationary power equipment preferred
• Experience in order picking and data entry or scanning barcodes preferred

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently pick orders
• Process, package, and ship orders accurately
• Organize stock and maintain inventory
• Inspect products for defects and damages
• Examine incoming and outgoing shipments
• Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory items appropriately
• Operate robots to aid warehouse operations
• Coordinate site damage/re-pour area
• Contribute ideas to improve warehousing procedures
• Keep warehouse clean and organized daily
