Nippon Paint Automotive Americas, Inc. is hiring for a warehouse associate responsible for ensuring efficient movement of raw materials and finished products and coordinating material flow within storage areas.

The role supports operational efficiency through organized inventory handling and timely distribution. The position requires lifting up to 50 lbs, forklift operation, and the ability to work 2nd shift with potential off-shift training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of warehouse experience or related experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate a forklift with certification.

Responsibilities

• Move incoming and outgoing materials per SOPs.
• Load and unload materials as directed.
• Ensure proper staging of raw materials and finished goods.
• Stock materials according to storage layout.
• Keep work areas clean and organized (6S, racking, equipment).
• Use daily pick sheets to locate materials and notify supervisor of discrepancies.
