Bomb Party is seeking a dedicated Operations Supervisor for the second shift in our Prattville, AL warehouse. You will oversee shipping, inventory control, and packing operations, set daily priorities, and lead a team to meet production and delivery goals.

We value hands-on leadership, a focus on safety, and clear communication across shifts. This role requires 2–3 years in a related operations environment and the ability to coach and develop staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two to three years in warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, fulfillment, or related operational role.
• Experience supervising or coordinating warehouse staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead second-shift warehouse operations including Shipping, Inventory Control, and Making/Packing.
• Set daily priorities based on orders, schedules, staffing, and needs.
• Assign team members and adjust labor to meet priorities.
• Maintain a visible presence on the warehouse floor to coach and resolve issues.
• Monitor workflow, quality, and performance to meet goals.
• Ensure orders and inventory transactions are accurate and timely.
• Oversee picking, packing, and shipping to meet delivery commitments.
• Provide safety guidance and ensure compliance with procedures.
• Communicate shift handoffs to ensure continuity across teams.
• Analyze performance metrics and identify process improvements.
• Complete daily production and performance reporting.
