Job summary

Lineage in Bedford Park, IL is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the warehouse team and ensure service, quality, safety, and productivity standards across the facility. You will supervise operations, coordinate shipments, manage inventory, and prepare reports for plant leadership using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

The role requires 2 years of leadership experience, the ability to work in cold and dry storage with PPE, and a willingness to lift up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• 2 years warehouse or logistics leadership experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Strong conflict management skills.
• Ability to work in cold/dry storage with PPE and freezer gear.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including weekends if needed.
• Able to handle noisy environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, provide performance feedback and assign duties to ensure productivity.
• Manage incoming/outgoing shipments, merchandise organization, and inventory control.
• Plan production schedules and allocate resources while tracking time and production records.
• Track and send reports to plant personnel.
• Monitor warehouse activities including sales, records, and purchasing.
