Lineage Logistics is seeking a 2nd Shift Supervisor for VAS/Exports in Bedford Park, IL. The role supervises the warehouse team, ensuring adherence to service, quality, safety, and productivity standards, while coordinating shipments and inventory control.

You will plan schedules, track performance, and collaborate with Operations leadership to optimize efficiency, reliability, and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 2 years warehouse or logistics leadership experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs and work in varied temperatures.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise the warehouse team; train, provide performance feedback, and assign duties to ensure productivity.
• Manage incoming/outgoing shipments and organize merchandise; maintain inventory.
• Plan production schedules and allocate resources; keep time and production records.
