Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is hiring a Warehouse Lead for the Florence, KY location. The role oversees daily warehouse operations, directs a team, and ensures safe, accurate picking, packing and shipping of client orders. You will operate forklifts and manage inventory while ensuring compliance with Crane SOPs.

The position requires on-site presence, strong leadership, and adherence to federal and state regulations, with opportunities to develop through Crane incentives and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Three or more years of related experience.
• Forklift certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Directs work of other team members as instructed by the team supervisor.
• Advises/trains employees on care and preservation of items received, stored, and shipped.
• Ensure customer orders are picked, checked, and packed accurately and in a timely fashion.
• Perform inventory counts as directed and make adjustments when needed and authorized.
• Monitor compliance of safety and security procedures.
• Loads and unloads materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves.
• Fills client orders safely, efficiently, and within Crane SOPs.
• Operates a forklift or other drivable warehouse equipment including high reach vehicle.
• Job requires presence on-site at the assigned work location.
