Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year clerical or warehouse experience preferred.
• 1+ year forklift experience preferred.
• 1+ year Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to build professional relationships at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities with clerks from other areas, customers, or suppliers.
• Use WMS to update area or shift metrics.
• Generate daily, weekly, or monthly reports and summaries.
• Perform floor work and additional duties as assigned.
• Handle basic administrative tasks and maintain filing systems.
• Gather information from floor employees and share with the team.
• Coordinate meetings and communications for the area or shift.
• Perform other duties as assigned depending on location.
