Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is hiring a Full Time Forklift Operator in Newnan, Georgia. The role offers weekly pay and a strong safety-focused environment in a modern warehouse.

The position requires forklift operation, ability to lift up to 35 lbs, and the flexibility to work a 1st shift schedule from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm, Monday through Friday. On-the-job training and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• 1+ year of warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation and cycle counting.
• Adhere to contract performance measurement guidelines.
• Ensure accurate picking/packing, auditing, tote induction, staging, and loading/unloading of trucks.
