GAF Materials Corp. is hiring a Warehouse Associate II (Second Shift) in Gainesville, TX. The role focuses on safe forklift operation, order picking, verification, and loading of customer or carrier vehicles.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in a fast-paced logistics environment, forklift certification, and a strong commitment to safety and teamwork. Monday–Friday, 2:30PM–10:30PM with OT/weekends possible; company offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a fast paced, logistics manufacturing environment Required.
• 6 months of GAF experience in Logistics and Shipping position- (Warehouse I) Required.
• Experience supporting logistics, customer care and business goals Required.

Responsibilities

• Operates forklift and loading/unloading procedures safely.
• Prepares, reviews packing slips and loads pallets to ensure accurate shipments.
• Maintains housekeeping and follows safety standards in the warehouse.
• Participates in cycle counting and coordinates with the Shipping Lead.
• Communicates issues to Logistics Manager and seeks continuous improvement.
