Job summary

GAF is seeking a Warehouse Associate II to support safe loading/unloading, order picking, and pallet assembly in our warehouse. You will follow FIFO, verify shipments, and maintain accurate records while upholding high safety, quality, and cost standards.

The role requires forklift operation certification, incident prevention, and collaboration with Logistics. Strong communication and teamwork are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a fast paced logistics environment.
• 6 months of GAF experience in Logistics and Shipping (Warehouse I).

Responsibilities

• Practice incident and accident prevention and safe behavior.
• Maintain fork-truck certification via in-house training.
• Load and unload trucks safely and verify packing slips.
• Pick orders, verify accuracy, and assemble pallets.
• Operate forklift safely while observing pedestrian traffic.
• Participate in cycle counting and inventory deadlines.
• Prepare products for shipping and arrange pallets on flatbeds.
• Follow Hazardous Materials guidelines and maintain safety records.
