Job summary

MW Components, Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator I - Trimmer-Driller for the 2nd shift. You will trim plated parts to print specs and drill parts using manual and HAAS machines, ensuring quality and on-time output.

You must read blueprints and use measuring tools (micrometer, calipers), record production data, keep your area clean, and cooperate with team members. A high school diploma is required; benefits include medical, vision, and 401(k).

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Ability to read blueprints and specifications.
• Experience with precision measurement and basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Trim plated parts to print specifications using manual lathes.
• Core drill parts with manual presses and HAAS drilling machines.
• Record production data in paper travellers and ERP.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow safety procedures.
• Inspect in-process parts and notify supervisor of quality issues.
• Support other operators as needed.
