Matthew Warren, Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator I - Trimmer-Driller for the 2nd shift in Cedar Grove, NJ. This on-site role focuses on producing precise parts through trimming and drilling in a busy machine shop.

You will read blueprints, operate manual and HAAS equipment, document production data, and uphold safety and quality standards in a team environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Must read blueprints and specs and measure with precision tools.
• Familiar with micrometers, calipers and height gauges.
• Strong basic math and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Trim plated parts to print specifications using manual and programmable lathes.
• Core drill parts with manual drills, lathes and HAAS drilling machines.
• Record production data and maintain clean, organized work area.
• Maintain safety and quality standards; notify supervisor of issues.
