Job summary

Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years leading and developing manufacturing teams.
- 3+ years hands-on experience in CNC, welding, sheet metal, or related disciplines.
- Strong knowledge of subtractive manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Experience with process improvements and problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Lead CNC machining, welding, sheet metal fabrication, powder coating, and assembly operations.
- Manage daily production scheduling, priorities, and resources.
- Ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery across multiple processes.
- Develop SOPs and drive ISO 9001 compliance with quality controls.
- Mentor and evaluate machinists, welders, and technicians; foster continuous improvement.
