Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration or related field.

• Experience managing direct reports.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience mentoring, leading and coaching.
• Ability to prioritize multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of manufacturing associates on material handling, electro-mechanical assembly, test, pack and ship.
• Ensure safety, quality, productivity, attendance and performance.
• Oversee daily operations to deliver performance to plan with focus on safety and quality.
• Grow and train a team of high-performing associates and promote inclusion and performance.
• Gather, trend and report process metrics and drive improvement initiatives.
• Drive efficiency and quality through process-focused improvements and root-cause analyses.
• Build and manage team goals and drive accountability.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain and Finance.
• Conduct employee reviews, hiring and disciplinary actions.
