Job summary

Louisa Food Products, Inc. is seeking a 2nd shift Stand-Up Forklift Operator / Material Handler to work in our Warehouse for its second shift from 3:00pm to 12:00am Monday through Friday, in a cold freezer storage area. Starting salary $22.00 per hour with the ability to move to $23.50 per hour in 1 year plus semi-annual bonuses.

All Material Handlers are eligible for semi-annual bonuses after 1 year. Key duties include receiving, storage, handling and shipping, supplying the Production

Qualifications

One year of stand-up forklift experience.
Good basic math skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
HS Diploma/GED preferred but not required.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Able to lift up to 80 lbs and pass a physical test.

Responsibilities

Receive, store, handle, and ship a variety of products and ingredients.
Supply Production with required materials and ingredients.
Maintain neat and clean storage areas; work across shipping/receiving/warehousing.
Complete paperwork accurately and communicate in English.
Overtime may be required on short notice; emphasize teamwork.
