Wisconsin Stamping & Manufacturing is seeking a dedicated Punch Press Set-up/Operator (2nd Shift) to join our metal fabrication team. The role covers setup, operation, and adjustment of 5-ton to 200-ton stamping presses on 1st and 2nd shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Basic ability to read and understand blueprints and shop drawings.
• Competent at basic dimensional measuring and the use of precision measurement tools.
• Flexible and responsive with a strong teamwork orientation.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Desire to learn new skills and improve technical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Set-up, operates, and adjusts 5-ton to 200-ton metal stamping presses.
• Select the correct tooling for the job task with set-up documents or supervisor/lead assistance.
• Able to troubleshoot metal forming problems.
• Make routine decisions and use problem solving to resolve basic manufacturing issues or seek assistance.
