As a member of our team you'll enjoy excellent benefits, opportunities for growth, and an encouraging culture that supports work / life balance.Essential Duties* Feeding and/or stacking lumber into a saw to be cut to a specific size.* Lifts material repeatedly.* Verifies cut size using tape measure according to cut sheet.* Bands finished product together and labels it for forklift operators to take to next station.* Cleans and maintains equipment and surrounding area.* Performs other duties as assigned.* Assist other Team Members within the department as needed. Physical Requirements* Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop throughout the day.* Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs repeatedly throughout the day, as well as other physical duties as needed.* Must be able to stand and/or walk for 8 hours per day with 2 – 15 minutes breaks in between.* Must be able to utilize tools.* Must be able to lift and carry lumber of different sizes and other products.* Must be able to communicate efficiently and clearly with other Team Members.* Must be able to learn and follow company procedures and work instructions consistently.* Must be able to work in an extremely fast-paced environment.* Must be able to work in extreme temperature.
