Job summary

Clayton Homes is hiring for a full-time lumber stacker in Guin, AL. The role involves feeding and stacking lumber for precise cuts, lifting heavy materials, and maintaining clean, safe work environments.

You will work in a fast-paced setting, supporting team members and ensuring accurate handling of materials throughout the manufacturing process. Applicants should be able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for long periods, and adhere to Clayton’s safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Must stand/walk for 8 hours per day with short breaks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Feed and stack lumber into a saw to be cut to specific sizes as per cut sheets.
• Lift and move material; assist team members as needed.
• Keep work area and equipment clean and maintained; follow safety protocols.
