Job summary

The Crosby Group in Tulsa, OK seeks a Shop Supervisor for the 2nd shift. You will direct, supervise, and coordinate machining, welding, painting, and assembly operations, leading a crew of 10 to 30+ employees to produce quality products on schedule.

The role requires 5 years of manufacturing experience and 3–5 years of supervision, with ability to read blueprints and manage safety and Lean/OPEX initiatives. The position is full-time and on-site at our Tulsa facility.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ manufacturing experience required.
• 3 to 5 years’ supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience supervising a union workforce preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints required.

Responsibilities

• Directs, supervises, and coordinates machining, welding, painting, and/or assembly operations requiring broad knowledge of machining and welding technology, assembly procedures, and journeyman trade skill applications.
• Supervises a crew of 10 to 30+ employees involved in production/finishing/assembly of the Company’s products.
• Ensures quality, quantity, economical manufacturing costs, meeting production schedules, and on-time shipment.
• Coordinates with QA, engineering, production, scheduling, purchasing, etc. to implement new programs and process improvements.
• Participates in Lean/OPEX activities and ensures safe, efficient manufacturing.
